Introducing Posta Pacentrana Restaurant means to speak about my deep passion for cookery, my job for a long time.
During the years, thanks to my wife Anna, my son Giulio and the Staff, I have succeeded in making my Restaurant a point of reference for those people who want to taste genuine dishes.
I cook using only local ingredients and I like searching for ancient recipes in order to create new ones, in harmony with the place, emphasizing the original taste of the foods.
